I’ve been going to Liza for just over 2 years now and I highly recommend her. I feel so comfortable when training with Liza, she’s simply amazing. Since having personal training sessions with her I have lost over two an a half stone. Her passion for health and fitness has taught me so much and I now have a very healthy and manageable diet and fitness routine. I’m so grateful for everything I have gained (and lost!).

I have been working with Liza for about a year now. Initially I wanted to build my confidence and needed motivation. I love our weekly sessions, I don’t think I’ve ever done the same workout twice! My fitness and strength have improved so much. I’ve lost just over a stone in weight and a dress size. Every session is challenging but great fun and I feel amazing after. Liza is a fantastic PT, so encouraging, supportive and fun to work with. I highly recommend her sessions!
