I’ve been going to Liza for just over 2 years now and I highly recommend her. I feel so comfortable when training with Liza, she’s simply amazing. Since having personal training sessions with her I have lost over two an a half stone. Her passion for health and fitness has taught me so much and I now have a very healthy and manageable diet and fitness routine. I’m so grateful for everything I have gained (and lost!).

I have been working with Liza for about a year now. Initially I wanted to build my confidence and needed motivation. I love our weekly sessions, I don’t think I’ve ever done the same workout twice! My fitness and strength have improved so much. I’ve lost just over a stone in weight and a dress size. Every session is challenging but great fun and I feel amazing after. Liza is a fantastic PT, so encouraging, supportive and fun to work with. I highly recommend her sessions!

My collaboration with Liza as my PT has redefined my body. When I started I was very weak in my core and upper body. Focus and consistency has increased my muscle mass, tone and strength and just as importantly, my emotional well being. Liza is always encouraging and we have lots of fun. I started training with Liza around 2 years ago and I keep going back for more! I’ve trained on my own, with family, friends and now my boyfriend and I aim to go 2-3 times a week. I always feel the burn and each workout is tailored to you. My overall strength and fitness have improved so much and our sessions are also good for the mind, giving me a focus. I’m so comfortable training with Liza and most importantly we have fun! Liza has made me LOVE working out and I genuinely miss training if we don’t get it in weekly!

Over 2 years ago I was looking for a personal trainer to give me the extra push in my workouts and to help me lose the stubborn weight I’d been trying to lose for so long. I was recommended Liza by a friend and have been going to her every week since. Liza is a very dedicated trainer who I can speak to outside of the 1 hour sessions if I have questions about workouts or food preparation. She’s a great motivator, very supportive and hard working.
